With Agile Telehealth, the most consequential enrollment question is not simply what a weight-loss program costs. It is what happens after a charge: who evaluates you, who supplies any prescribed medication, what renews automatically and which deadline stops the next payment. Agile advertises employee wellness programs that include access to personalized compounded GLP-1 medications. Its terms, however, say Agile itself provides neither medical services nor pharmacy services. That division matters when a billing concern, an unfinished laboratory requirement or a prescription question interrupts the process.
This documentary review examines public pages consulted October 19, 2026, with particular attention to commitments rather than promotional appeal. The documentation describes screening, outside clinical practices, pharmacy arrangements, recurring billing and several refund restrictions. It does not establish a numerical GLP-1 price, identify the active ingredients or administration routes, or provide a complete state availability list. The useful comparison is therefore between the responsibilities Agile documents and the details a prospective member still needs in writing before accepting a subscription.

Start with the two cancellation clocks
Agile’s subscription and appointment deadlines serve different purposes. The terms require subscription cancellation at least 72 hours before the next subscription period begins. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current period and cancels only future subscription charges. Separately, a cancellation request received at least 24 hours before the next scheduled appointment avoids a late-cancellation fee. Meeting one deadline does not, by itself, demonstrate that the other obligation has been addressed.
The stated cancellation contact is support@agiletelehealth.com. If a request arrives within 24 hours of an appointment that neither the member nor the provider has already canceled, Agile says a late fee may reach the full monthly subscription amount. That reference to a monthly amount does not establish the billing interval of every offered plan. Before enrolling, obtain the actual renewal date and ask whether canceling membership also removes every pending appointment.
These are practical calendar obligations, not interchangeable cancellation promises. Keep the request and any acknowledgment, and ask which future charge or appointment the response addresses. Our guide to cancellation notice and renewal dates explains why documenting both events is useful. The consulted terms do not establish that a cancellation automatically reverses an existing charge, stops a pharmacy order or creates a refund entitlement.
| Event | Documented condition | What to clarify |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription renewal | Cancel at least 72 hours before the next period | Exact renewal date and acknowledgment |
| Scheduled appointment | At least 24 hours’ notice avoids a late fee | Whether the appointment is separately canceled |
| Late appointment cancellation | Possible fee up to the full monthly subscription amount | Applicable amount and whether a fee is assessed |
| Initial consultation | Schedule and attend within three months to preserve any refund opportunity | Available appointments and required prerequisites |
| Required laboratory work | Failure to provide or complete labs makes the member ineligible for a refund | Required tests, access and costs |
Refund restrictions begin before treatment is assured
Agile’s general language is direct: “All sales are final.” It may consider refund requests individually, but the decision is at its sole discretion. Another clause says members who fail to schedule and attend the initial consultation within three months of accepting the terms lose their opportunity for a refund. That three-month window is not a guaranteed refund period, a treatment commitment or a price lock; it is an additional boundary on an already discretionary policy.
Laboratory requirements add a separate exposure. Some members must complete laboratory work before their initial consultation, using their primary care physician or Agile’s third-party vendor. The terms say members are ineligible for a refund if they do not provide the labs or cannot complete them through the vendor. The consulted documentation does not identify the required tests or separate laboratory charges. Clarifying access and expense before payment is therefore more useful than assuming everything can be arranged afterward.
The terms also describe a California-specific provision: a resident purchasing a subscription may cancel and request a refund before midnight of the third business day following purchase, using notice to the support email address. That provision should be read alongside the general policy rather than erased by it. Our explanation of refund boundaries and exclusions distinguishes a stated exception from an unrestricted satisfaction guarantee. The documentation reviewed does not promise a bank-credit timetable.
The price is disclosed at registration, not established by the public pitch
Agile’s weight-loss page promotes custom employer pricing and asks interested organizations to contact sales. It claims access to some of the industry’s lowest medication prices, but the consulted pages provide no numerical rate against which to test that claim. The terms instead say the subscription fee is presented at registration, with applicable taxes and other charges added. Payment occurs at the beginning of the subscription and automatically at the beginning of each subsequent period.
Renewal is at the then-current subscription fee, not an expressly fixed lifetime rate. The agreement refers to the disclosed billing period, but the reviewed material does not establish a particular GLP-1 billing interval, minimum commitment, supply duration or prepayment alternative. An employer’s negotiated arrangement may require its own written explanation. Ask for the first charge, recurring charge, period dates and included services together; a medication price alone would not resolve the subscription’s total obligations.
Agile says it currently neither accepts government insurance nor works with government insurance companies. It may assist with obtaining coverage from an existing health plan, while stating that it does not sell insurance and is not a health plan. That assistance is not confirmation of private-plan coverage for any particular medication. The consulted pages also leave laboratory, coaching and other possible separate charges unresolved. These distinctions belong in a written GLP-1 quote, not in assumptions about employer benefits.
Enrollment leads to an independent clinical relationship
Agile presents its business as employee access to affordable wellness programs and professionals it describes as licensed. Its terms explicitly say it does not provide medical services itself, and that its role may depend on the person, state and evolution of its services. The named independent practices include OpenLoop entities associated with California, New Jersey, Wisconsin and Colorado. Those corporate names do not establish a complete coverage map or identify the practice assigned to a particular applicant.
The documented intake starts with qualifying questions about the applicant and their health, approved by the relevant practices. If the answers meet a practice’s criteria, the applicant is invited to schedule an initial appointment and establish a patient-portal account. A more detailed practice-designed questionnaire then requests additional personal and medical information. Although that portal may carry Agile’s logo, the terms say it is operated by the practice, clinician or their service providers—not Agile.
Prescribing remains conditional: Agile says a licensed clinician must complete a thorough consultation and find medication medically appropriate. Payment or successful preliminary screening is therefore not a prescription guarantee. The division is worth recording before enrollment: Agile handles its platform and commercial terms, while outside professionals make clinical decisions. Our guide to platform, clinician and pharmacy responsibilities offers a framework for identifying the correct recipient of each question without treating the branded portal as one undifferentiated service.
Eligibility and ongoing service need a plan-specific answer
Two age statements require clarification. The general terms permit access by United States residents who are at least 18 and have capacity to accept the agreement, while another section says members must be 18–69 to join. The broader adult-access statement should not be used to override the narrower membership wording. Agile also says its offering is not available in all 50 states, without providing the detailed program-by-state eligibility list in the consulted material.
The weight-loss page advertises personalized care from professionals it describes as board-certified and says Care Coaching is available. Those are provider claims, not independent credential verification or a documented schedule of visits. The pages do not establish coaching frequency, response times, support hours or whether coaching is included in every plan. They also do not specify GLP-1 consultation format or detailed clinical eligibility criteria, so the public description cannot settle an individual applicant’s access.
For ongoing prescriptions, members must answer questions when requesting refills. Agile reserves the right to change its policies on multi-month prescriptions at any time. That makes the current refill process and any future supply arrangement important enrollment questions, rather than permanent benefits to infer from the subscription. Finally, Agile’s advertised launch in as little as two weeks concerns rolling out an employer benefits program—not a promised consultation date, prescription decision or medication arrival.
Pharmacy choice changes both payment and delivery responsibilities
Agile expressly disclaims acting as a pharmacy or controlling those services. Its terms list RedRock Pharmacy, Health Warehouse, Precision Meds and Triad Rx as partners, with addresses and telephone numbers. They also say prescriptions may transfer among partner pharmacies without notice. The list is useful evidence of the commercial network, but it does not establish which pharmacy will dispense a particular member’s prescription or that every listed pharmacy supplies every advertised product.
For a prescription filled through a partner after consultation, the terms say the applicable pharmacy ships the product and prescription-related costs are included in the service’s total charge. The weight-loss page likewise ties home delivery to use of partner pharmacies, which it describes as state-licensed. Neither statement establishes a delivery deadline, a separate shipping-fee policy or the handling of delays and replacements. Confirm the dispensing pharmacy and its contact route before an order is underway.
The terms permit a pharmacy-of-choice request during service use or through support@agiletelehealth.com. With an outside pharmacy, the service sends the prescription, but the member must obtain the product and pay that pharmacy directly. This is a material payment distinction: partner-channel prescription inclusion should not be carried over to another pharmacy. Before choosing that route, ask what Agile will still charge and whether the selected pharmacy can fulfill the actual prescription.
A compounded GLP-1 listing is not a complete product description
Agile advertises personalized compounded GLP-1 medications; its broader catalog also lists sildenafil and tadalafil. The consulted GLP-1 material does not identify active ingredients, brands, formulation, route or presentation. Those omissions prevent a product-specific comparison of the offer. Agile says partner pharmacies conduct third-party testing for every compounded lot prescribed to its patients, but the public statements reviewed do not independently verify that testing or establish the characteristics of a member’s eventual preparation.
FDA guidance provides the appropriate boundary: compounded preparations are not FDA approved and do not undergo FDA premarket review for safety, effectiveness and quality. Nonapproval alone does not establish clinical inequivalence. FDA recommends compounded drugs when an individual’s medical needs cannot be met by an approved drug, with a prescription and a state-licensed pharmacy. Those principles do not validate Agile’s products, and clinical trial results for specific studied drugs would not establish outcomes for its unidentified preparations.
The reviewed documentation also does not establish shipping temperatures, refrigeration procedures or replacement terms. If an injectable GLP-1 arrives warm or with insufficient refrigeration, FDA explicitly advises not using it and contacting the provider or dispensing pharmacy. Because Agile’s advertised route is unspecified, that guidance is conditional rather than a description of its delivery method. Product identity, instructions and an incident-response contact should come from the treating clinician and dispensing pharmacy, not an inference from this review.
Privacy follows the same split as care
Agile’s website privacy policy excludes protected health information and information collected while someone is a patient or seeking treatment from healthcare providers. It directs that information to the providers’ privacy policies. The published clinical notice describes an OpenLoop affiliated covered entity, including OpenLoop Healthcare Partners PC, Rezilient OLH, PA and OpenLoop Healthcare Partners California, PC. A prospective member therefore needs to distinguish website data practices from the notice governing the actual clinical relationship.
The OpenLoop notice says a copy or summary of health information is usually provided within 30 days of a request, with a possible reasonable, cost-based fee. It also discloses using artificial intelligence and machine-learning tools to analyze health information, improve services and clinical workflows, and refine AI systems. Those are concrete disclosures to review, not evidence that a particular member’s prescribing decision is automated. Ask the assigned practice where record requests and privacy questions should go.
There are documentary limits here as well. The website policy describes automatic browsing-data collection while its table marks internet-activity information as not collected, leaving an unresolved inconsistency. The available terms also contain an intermediate omission, so this review cannot claim a complete assessment of every contractual clause. Before acceptance, request the current complete agreement, the applicable clinical notice and the employer-specific offer. That provides a clearer record than relying on public marketing language alone.
Questions & answers
Does joining Agile guarantee a GLP-1 prescription?
No. Agile says medication is prescribed only after a thorough consultation and a licensed clinician’s determination that it is medically appropriate. Preliminary screening leads to an invitation for an appointment when practice criteria are met; it is not the prescribing decision. Ask what happens to the subscription charge if the clinical consultation does not result in a prescription, because the general refund language does not establish an automatic refund for that outcome.
Can I cancel membership and still owe an appointment fee?
Potentially. Subscription cancellation and appointment cancellation have separate timing rules. The subscription requires at least 72 hours before the next period, while an appointment requires at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid a late fee. A late appointment cancellation may cost up to the full monthly subscription amount. Ask support to confirm both the membership end date and the status of any scheduled appointment rather than assuming one request resolves both.
Are medications included if I use my own pharmacy?
The documented inclusion applies to prescriptions filled through Agile’s partner pharmacies after consultation. With another pharmacy, Agile says the prescription is sent there, but you must obtain the medication and pay the pharmacy directly. You can request a pharmacy through the service or by emailing support. Confirm the remaining subscription charge and the outside pharmacy’s price before transferring; the documentation does not establish a corresponding subscription reduction.
What should I ask about labs before paying?
Ask whether laboratory work is required before your first consultation, which tests are necessary, whether existing results qualify, and what the available testing route costs. Agile allows some members to obtain required labs from their primary care physician or its third-party vendor. Its terms deny refund eligibility when required labs are not provided or cannot be completed through the vendor, making this an enrollment issue rather than merely an appointment-preparation task.
Is Agile available to every adult in the United States?
No nationwide availability is established. Agile says the offering is not available in all 50 states. Its terms also contain both a general 18-and-older access requirement and a narrower 18–69 membership range. Ask for confirmation of your state, program and age eligibility before payment. The named OpenLoop entities are not a substitute for a state coverage list, and the documentation does not establish individual clinical eligibility.
Does the two-week launch claim mean medication arrives within two weeks?
No. The advertised timing refers to launching an employer benefits program in as little as two weeks. It does not establish a deadline for screening, consultation, prescribing, pharmacy preparation, dispatch or delivery. Partner pharmacies are responsible for shipping prescriptions filled through that channel. Ask for the relevant clinical and pharmacy timelines separately, including whom to contact if an order is delayed; the consulted pages do not provide those deadlines.
Our assessment
Agile documents several commercially important boundaries: outside clinicians determine treatment, partner pharmacies dispense and ship, subscriptions renew automatically, and cancellation has distinct membership and appointment deadlines. Its pharmacy-choice provision and published clinical privacy notice add useful detail. The main weakness for a prospective member is that these obligations are clearer than the actual GLP-1 offer: public documentation does not establish a numerical price, exact product, complete availability map or defined follow-up package. Restricted refunds make those missing details particularly consequential before payment. A sensible next step is to obtain the complete current contract and a plan-specific written offer covering charges, laboratory prerequisites, assigned care entities, pharmacy arrangements and cancellation dates. Agile can be assessed as a documented access platform, but neither contract detail nor its commercial quality claims establish clinical outcomes.
